On this last day of January 2024, natural gas futures are lower due primarily to warm winter weather throughout the United States. There is no weather driven demand near term, there is however talk of possible cold pattern settling in for second half of February.  I will keep you informed.

Fixed rate electricity pricing remains high, again I will keep you informed over the coming weeks.
