Our February 2015 Natural Gas/Electricity Update

Posted on 7 February 2015 By pnccadmin

Ample supply continues to drive natural gas pricing lower. Much of the nation is experiencing normal to above normal temperatures and this is driving the market lower. Failure of weather models to perform as predicted (not as cold) is causing traders to pull back on buying, resulting in stable-to-lower pricing. Look at the calendar, winter is moving along.

Market-rate electricity prices for some areas of the state is favorable while Albany/Hudson Valley/NY Metro is climbing higher. Attractive fixed rates are available, contact me if you’re not locked in. Need to lock for minimum two years, preferably three.
